- உலகம் முழவதும் பரந்து வாழும் எமது தமிழ்ச் சிறுவர்கள், மத்தியில் சதுரங்க விளையாட்டினை ஊக்குவித்தல்.
- தமிழ் சதுரங்க ஆர்வலர்களுடனும் வல்லுனர்களுடனும் தொடர்புகளை ஏற்படுத்தி அந்தநாடுகளில் வாழும் தமிழர் மத்தியில் இந்த விளையாட்டை ஊக்குவிப்பதற்கான நடவடிக்கை எடுத்தல்.
- சதுரங்க விளையாட்டின் மூலம் அந்தந்த நாடுகளில் வாழும் அந்நாட்டு மக்களுடன் தமிழர்கள் இணைந்து வாழ்தலை ஊக்குவித்து அந் நாட்டின் சதுரங்கக் கழகங்களில் அவர்களை அங்கத்தவராக்குதல்.
- சதுரங்கத் துறையில் எமது இளம் சந்ததியினரை உலக தரத்துக்கு கொண்டு வருதல்.
- தமிழர்கள் வாழும் நாடுகளில் Chess workshop களை நடாத்தி விழிப்புணர்வினை ஏற்படுத்தல்.
- தமிழர்களுக்கான சர்வதேச தரத்திலான போட்டிகளை நடாத்துதல்.
- தரமான வீரர்களை தெரித்தெடுத்து அவர்களுக்கான பிரத்தியேக பயிற்சிகளை வழங்கி உலக தரத்துக்கு கொண்டு செல்லல்.
- போரினாலும் இயற்கை அனர்த்தங்களினாலும் பாதிக்கப்பட்ட இளைஞர் யுவதிகள் மத்தியில் சதுரங்கத்தை அறிமுகப்படுத்தி அவர்கள் தங்கள் உளவியல் பாதிப்பை சதுரங்க விளையாட்டின் மூலம் விடுபடச் செய்வதற்கான உதவிகளைச் செய்தல்.
- அத்துடன் தாயகத்தில் திறமை இருந்தும், இத் துறையில் முன்னேற வசதியின்றி இருக்கும் எமது சிறுவர்களையும் மறக்காது, அவர்களுக்கும் எம்மாலான ஒத்துழைப்பையும், ஊக்குவிப்பையும் வழங்குதல்.

- To promote chess amongst our Tamil Children around the world.
- Take steps to promote and connect Tamils around the worldthrough this first class mind game via Tamil chess enthusiasts and experts.
- Encouraging Tamils to live in their respective countries through the game of chess and make them a member of the chess clubs of that country.
- To bring our young people to the world of chess.
- To raise awareness by conducting Chess Workshops in Tamil Country.
- Conducting international quality competitions for Tamils.
- Selecting quality players and providing them with specialized training and taking them to world class.
- Introduce chess among youth and youth affected by war and natural disasters and help them overcome their psychological impact through the game of chess.
- Our children who are talented in the homeland but are not able to thrive in this field will not forget them, giving them greater cooperation and encouragement.
